Beautiful Banff

You can barely see the mountains in the background but believe me they were spectacular. Tom still is as handsome as ever. We had a great time visiting with my nephew Alex and my sister and brother in law Tom.

Back to the blog

Ok, I haven't written in a while. We have been blessed with many visitors these past two weeks and we loved it. We saw Colleen, Brent and Kelsey, Tanni and Zack, Ben, Jennifer, Ally, Lucy, Brady, Elizabeth and Claire, and then Dan, Emily, Madeline, Sam, Adam and Abby. My sis and her husband will grace our home this week which will include visiting our nephew Alex.

We also attempted to visit Jordan, Rachael and Mae but had to turn around in the tri-cities when we discovered that neither of us had our wallet or purse. A nice gas station manager trusted us and allowed us to get gas without having any ID. Luckily we knew our credit card number.
We really are hoping to get to see Mae before she gets too old!

We also enjoyed a cruise on CDA lake with all of our Courtyard friends. Thanks to all the great staff that helped make that day possible for 10 of our seniors.

We also saw the movie Julia and Julie which I totally enjoyed. It wasn't a movie for everyone so check out all the reviews first before you decide to go. I loved the statement made to Julia by her husband at their dinner party. "You are the butter on my bread and the breath to my soul. I love you darling girl." The relationships between the two couples was very sweet.
